Berns Garden Center is looking for just the right people to enthusiastically provide incredible customer service to gardeners visiting our stores during the upcoming spring months.
Container Designer: (Full Time & Part Time)
This position is perfect for the creative plant lover. Our designers create new, multi-seasonal containers daily. Designs, using a variety of containers, incorporate live annual, perennial, and potted plants and fresh greenery accents.
Plant Sales Associates:
We're looking for friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and
energetic gardeners to fill these positions. We can be flexible
with hours, but working weekends is a requirement.
If you are friendly, focused on customer service, and computer savvy - this may be the job for you! We have flexible hours to offer, but again, weekends are our busiest days and must be included in our cashier's work schedule.
The people in this important position provide exceptional service
by offering to help our customers to their vehicles with their
purchases. The employees are friendly, focused, and energetic.
All seasonal carryouts must work weekends as well as some hours during the week.
Nursery and Perennial Sales: (Part Time & Seasonal)
We're looking for knowledgeable tree, shrub, and perennial enthusiasts that are strong, energetic and willing to share their expertise with our customers. In addition to these qualities, a flair for nursery product display make for an ideal candidate. Weekend availability is a must.
This is perfect for the early morning riser. Our crews water trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials. Candidates must be friendly, organized, and willing to take direction. Morning hours and
flexible days are available.
